Weight loss!Hi, does anyone know of any FREE weight loss/nutrition apps out there. I’ve found a couple and after I fill in my weight, height etc…it then asks for payment. If not apps maybe a good YouTube channel.
How to lose arm fat?I've been consistently working out since January. And I can see now the difference. I can now wear my old pants and shirts. How ever my arms are still plumping, its so big. The sleeves are still quite tight 🫠
